For example you can take a decorative plate and fill it with large thick candles and sprinkle a few flower petals around, or another kind of decorative item. For example small crystals have a stunning effect together with candles.

You can also take a simple flower decoration and place it in the middle and put small jars with candles and ribbons all around the flower decoration.

Another popular and very decorative choise is to make floating candle centerpieces. In order to make floating candle centerpieces you need to use a bowl of some kind and fill water inside and place your floating candles to float around in the surface of the water. This can look extreemely pretty as the water has a great effect in connection with candles. You can add all kinds of decor to floating candle centerpieces as well to complement the final look of the floating candles.

You can also make small individual floating candle centerpieces instead of using a large bowl. You simply take a small cylinder glass vase, fill water inside and add loose flower petals and a floating candle on top. This looks truly amazing on a table and can be used for many occasions. You can select the type of flower you want inside and select the color as well according to the theme of the party. Rose or pink rose petals would be an excellent choise for a wedding party.
